As CTO and Cofounder of FaithStreet, I led the building and scaling of our successful platform, driving significant growth and revenue with expertise in payments, marketplaces and diverse digital products. Successfully built and scaled a Ruby on Rails monolith to grow a B2B2C payment marketplace from $0 to $10 million/year, which also served FaithStreet’s 300,000 directory listings, customer dashboards, and mobile app API.

Principles
- Iteration with Risk: Make changes to reduce risks, not avoid them. Derisk big bets, but don’t be afraid to make them.
- Grown, not made: Allow complexity to emerge as the sum of simplicity. Everything should fit together: a design, its context, and the interaction.
- Empathy: “Seek first to understand, then to be understood.”
- Belief: Evolve a point of view with integrity. Distillation, not dilution.
